What we usually solve
- Content correction. If an article contains incorrect or outdated information, or a broken link, please let us know with the page address — we will correct it and record the change.
- Copyright. If you are the copyright holder of an image or text published here without authorization, please write identifying the material and the page.
- Privacy and LGPD. Requests for access, correction, or deletion of your data, in accordance with Law 13.709/2018.
- Press and partnerships.
What we couldn't solve
It's best to be direct so as not to waste your time: Geekvix is not an app store, does not develop any of the apps mentioned, and has no affiliation with the companies responsible for them. Therefore, we are unable to help with:
- Account, password, login, or access recovery for any third-party application or service.
- Billing, subscription, refunds, or cancellations — these can be resolved through Google Play, the App Store, or directly with the developer.
- Technical support for the application, installation error or bug.
- Raffle, prize, coupon or benefit advertised by third parties.
If you received a message claiming to be from Geekvix asking for money, bank details, or your password, It's a coup.. We didn't ask for any of that, and the only address we use is the one mentioned above.
